Stay fit and stay healthy is not just a statement but a life-saving suggestion. The people who follow this mantra live with a goal of a healthy and happy life. Staying fit and healthy makes the person active, positive, motivated and productive in their lifestyle. 

To stay fit and healthy one must have these healthy habits which help them to avoid unhealthy lifestyle and diseases which comes with it.

1- Regular Excercise- One must regularly workout to keep the body fit, it improves respiratory, cardiovascular health. Physical activity helps the person to be fit and active and avoid laziness and maintain a healthy weight.

2- Enough Sleep- To be healthy, a person needs to sleep at least 8 hours and give proper rest to the brain and body to charge for the next hectic day. 

3- Stay Motivated- Consistency is the key to live healthily. One must gain motivation to keep healthy habits forever. Staying motivated will help the person to be productive in a day.

4- Avoid unhealthy food habits- Avoid eating unhealthy like junk foods, eating large portions and not maintaining the diet. This all will lead to sickness and obesity, which makes the person slow, fat and unhealthy 

5- Stay Hydrated- Drink lots of water and be hydrated. It has all the benefits to keep a person healthy and fit.

In the era of a stressful lifestyle, busy schedules, unconventional career options and emotional problems, it is getting very difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  The factors like pollution, junk food, unhealthy lifestyle, substance abuse etc only increases the risks associated with health.

People health's are at risk due to these factors in the surroundings. And to avoid the risk of such factors, the importance of staying healthy and fit and keeping healthy habits have pushed the bar higher.

Keeping healthy lifestyles will build up a strong immunity system, mental health, heart and keeps us healthy and fit.
